Katherine has over 20 years experience in the accounting industry, spending the first 15 years in a Chartered Accounting environment before moving into a commercial role with a large Radiology business. Katherine has returned to Chartered accounting however has combined her two sets of experience and specialises in providing outsourced accounting solutions to all sizes of businesses.
Her passion is to work closely with businesses and people to alleviate them of all finance functions to allow them to focus on their core business. She performs the CFO role for many clients and provides timely management accounting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure that business owners are making informed financial and business decisions without the need for internal finance staff or bookkeepers.
Katherine has extensive experience in complex budgeting and preparing integrated 3 way forecasts (P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow) to present your business to banks and to the Board showing the complete financial position of your business.
